    Discounts apply to all including individuals, churches and stores. Discount pricing is listed on Product Pages. Discount percentages vary by product. Some products do not qualify for a Quantity discount.

    Can I modify or add to my order once it's been submitted?
    Because of Madonna Shops fully automated ordering process, automatically updating our inventory when an order is place orders can not be modified once it has been submitted. If you want to make any changes to your order. The orginal order must be cancel. E-mail us to cancel your order. You will then need to re-enter a new order and go through the check-out process again.

    Return Policy:
    All Returns require Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). RMA numbers will be issued by e-mail only. Request must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise.
    Contact Customer Support through the online "Contact Us" form or e-mail MadonnaShops@att.net to request (RMA) number. When requesting a RMA number, please state your (1) Invoice number, (2) the product number (3) Quantity you wish to return and (4) reason for return.

    Refusal Of Delivery/Incorrect Address- Should you refuse your delivery, or submit to us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or should the parcel be undeliverable for any reason, and your package is returned to us, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. Your credit card will be credited the purchase amount, however, it will be minus shipping as originally paid plus any return shipping charges, the restocking fee stated herein.
